Bring no more than two (2) grocery bags or bankers boxes of books and/or movies for us to review for exchange for store credit only; sorry, no cash (for specialty collections, or larger collections, email ahead to discuss possible exceptions please). Appts are 10-30 min. Please do not load in your things more than five minutes early, our time slots are pretty tight :)

We have a small parking lot; please don't bring anything wet, or having mold or mildew. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be forfeited if there is not enough time before the next appointment to evaluate your things.
